International Airport Perpignan

The international airport of Perpignan (30 minutes drive from Vinça) has a daily connection with various airports with airlines like Ryan Air (www.ryanair.com) bmi baby (www.bmibaby.com) Air France (www.airfrance.fr) and Fly Be (www.flybe.com).

International airport of Carcassonne

The airport of Carcassonne, on a 1,5 hour drive from Vinça, has daily connections with various airports in Great Britain and the European continent (also over Ryan Air).

Other reasonably close airports

The international airports of Montpellier, Toulouse and Barcelona are on 2 to 3 hours drive. They have direct flight connections with various cities in the world.  The international airport of Beziers has connections with various cities in Europe.

By car

The cities of Prades, Vinça and Ille-sûr-Têt (and therefore the villages of Estoher, Mosset and Pezilla-de-Conflent) have a perfect connection with the French motorway network. The motor way from Perpignan towards the mountains ends about 10 kilometers before Vinça (in Ille-sûr-Têt) and continues as a mostly 3 lane ‘Route Nationale’.

By train

Prades, Vinça and Ille-sûr-Têt have a regular connection with the international station of Perpignan. The city of Perpignan is connected to the European High Speed Train network (TGV). Taxis are available.
